Lauren Rozenberg is a Ph.D. candidate at University College London (UCL) in the History of Art Department, from where she also holds an MA. She is funded by the UCL History of Art Department and the London Arts and Humanities Partnership (LAHP).
Her thesis focuses on medieval phantasms in late medieval manuscript culture. More specifically it concentrates on the relationship between visible objects, mental images, and embodiment while combining medical understandings of bodies and devotional practices.
In 2018, Lauren was the recipient of a Yale-UCL exchange fellowship, she carried out an internship at the Victoria & Albert Museum and wrote a forthcoming article for the journal Object.
